Six new national standards for hazardous chemicals

for hazardous chemicals related to the prevention and treatment of SARS, safety precautions should be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant national standards in the aspects of packaging, transportation, use and so on. On May 16, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China and the National Standards Commission issued six national standards for hazardous chemicals, involving disinfectant products such as peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite solution and calcium hypochlorite, which are in great demand in the society at present

peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite solution and calcium hypochlorite all have strong corrosivity. Some will cause combustion and explosion in case of open fire and high heat, and some may burn and explode in case of metal powder. The six standards cover three aspects of product standards, packaging requirements and content determination of these hazardous chemicals. In 2018, the global production capacity of bio based materials and chemicals (bbmc) will jump to more than 7.4 million tons. These six standards are: GB peracetic acid, GB peracetic acid packaging requirements, gb19106 Jinan Star High Tech's professional technology in order to avoid the impact of the final test results due to the loosening of parts and components, which is also widely used in the automotive field -2003 sodium hypochlorite solution, gb19107- 2003 requirements for the immediate cancellation of the production license of industrial products for the packaging of sodium hypochlorite solution GB "calcium hypochlorite packaging requirements" GB/T "determination of peracetic acid content", of which the first five standards are mandatory national standards, and the last one is a recommended national standard

national standards involving three packaging requirements will be implemented on June 15, 2003; Two national standards for products and one national standard for content determination shall be implemented from the date of issuance, and the distribution unit shall implement them from June 15, 2003
