Cooperation between intelligent distribution instruments and low-voltage circuit breakers

Low voltage circuit breaker 1.1 take the imported SACE Emax E3 series intelligent low voltage circuit breaker of ABB company as an example. First, start with the intelligent control device equipped with E3 series intelligent low voltage circuit breaker. [the overcurrent protection device of SACE PR111 microprocessor is referred to as PR111; the overcurrent protection device of SACE pr112 microprocessor is referred to as pr112; and the overcurrent protection device of SACE pr113 microprocessor is referred to as pr113.] a. Communication function: pr111~pr113 models are equipped with communication interface and have communication function. b. Measurement function: PR111 type does not include measurement and display functions; Pr112 type can only measure current (phase, neutral, ground fault) contact loss and operation times; Pr113 type can measure and display current (phase, neutral, ground fault), contact loss, operation times, residual voltage, electrical frequency, effective power, invalid power, apparent power, power factor, effective energy, invalid energy, apparent effectively, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results in energy and harmonic distortion; However, the measurement accuracy is not high for reference only. c. Protection function: PR111 is simple, and its protection function is not as powerful as pr112 and pr113. Please refer to Appendix II d for specific comparison. Market price: the average price of the optional pr113 circuit breaker is about 30000 yuan higher than that of the optional pr112 E3 circuit breaker. Pr112 E3 circuit breaker +aec4620 intelligent power distribution instrument 2 is optional Secondly, the ball screw table, which drives the movement of the sensor, is about 25000 yuan lower than the average price of the optional pr113 E3 circuit breaker, but its function is equivalent to the optional pr113 circuit breaker. Secondly, E3 series intelligent circuit breakers are often used in low-voltage power supply and distribution systems as circuit breaker switches for incoming circuit breakers, bus tie sectionalized circuit breakers and some high current (important) outgoing circuits. In these circuits, it is often required to measure three-phase current, voltage, frequency, power factor, active power, reactive power, active kwh, reactive kWh and other power parameters. In the intelligent power supply and distribution system, it is also required to "telemeter" these quantities, and some even require circuit breaker switches such as "remote signaling", "remote control" and "remote regulation". Combined with the characteristics of E3 series circuit breaker switches and the requirements for power supply circuits (here, only telemetry requirements are optional) It is recommended in the following cases: 1.) If e 3 circuit breaker is selected, it is equipped with over-current protection device of pr112 microprocessor If only the telemetering of the general power parameters of the circuit breaker switch and its circuit is required, each E3 circuit breaker circuit can be equipped with an aec4, which brings confidence to the extruder enterprise. 620 type intelligent power distribution instrument is enough. If only telemetering of general power parameters and power quality (harmonics) of the circuit breaker switch and its circuit is required, an aec6800 intelligent power distribution instrument can be installed in each E3 circuit breaker circuit. 2.) the selected E3 circuit breaker is equipped with over-current protection device of pr113 microprocessor. Replace the E3 circuit breaker equipped with pr113 microprocessor with the E3 circuit breaker equipped with pr112 microprocessor, and then equip with an aec4620 intelligent power distribution instrument, which can be imagined from the cost savings. In addition, when selecting ABB's E3 circuit breaker, for general intelligent power distribution projects, as long as its pr112 microprocessor is selected, it can meet the three-stage protection requirements of low-voltage main circuit, and the aec4620 intelligent power distribution instrument of American AEC company can meet the requirements of telemetering various power parameters of low-voltage main circuit; For intelligent engineering power distribution projects that require strong functions, there is no need to choose pr113 microprocessor. As long as its pr112 microprocessor is selected, it can meet the various protection requirements of low-voltage main circuits, and the intelligent power distribution instrument of American AEC company can meet the requirements of telemetering various power parameters of various circuits of low-voltage main circuits. This not only has the advantages of saving project cost as mentioned above, but also convenient wiring and maintenance. Table 1.
